    – We would assess and recommend an overall strategy in connection with the most worthwhile pursuit of all available governmental incentives in Texas, and the negotiation and implementation of incentives grant agreements.

    – We would assist in comparing and assessing the functional vitality of the overall incentives packages from the State of Texas versus alternative states.

    – Finally, recognizing that implementation in the most difficult part of any initiative. We encourage the establishment of clear successive 30-day action plans with specific benchmarks and schedules.
